Boodapug was founded in 2009 by a pair of pug- lovin’ individuals who thought the world might be a better place if more people shared their passion, specifically on a T–shirt or maybe collectible coffee mug. (Hey, it worked for Hello Kitty.) After countless hours studying the pug form, drawing costumed cuties, and learning how to build a website (or two), Boodapug was born.
The Boodapug team is: Sue (webmaster and blogger) and Rob (designer and writer), along with our pug Chloe (motivator and supporter). You can check out our website and find additional contact info at the link below.

This year’s Pug Crawl here in Portland, OR is fast approaching! This year the theme is “A Better Pug for a Better America” - a nod to 2012 being an election year. We are very excited to see what clever costumes will be used to reflect the theme!
The event includes food, beer (location is adjacent to MacTarnahan’s Taproom), live music and other refreshments. About 1000 people and 500 dogs are expected. The highlight is the costume parade. Dogs of all breeds are welcome at Pug Crawl but parade participants are limit to pugs and pug mixes.
This event benefits the Oregon Humane Society. If you are in the Portland area (or the Pacific Northwest and can travel), please consider joining us. The Boodapug humans and hopefully Chloe** will be in attendance and we look forward to meeting you!
